About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Financial Representative to join our team at Allstate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans to meet client needs
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure they are achieving their financial goals
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure you are providing the best possible solutions to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in life insurance or financial services sales
  • State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses preferred
  • A blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales experience
  • Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative, or Investment Representative preferred
  • Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP, and LUTCF preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree (or higher) with an emphasis on business preferred
