We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at CSL Vifor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for our company's products in the Southeast Commercial region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of renal patients in private practice settings, offices, hospitals, and dialysis centers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our portfolio of products to key customers, including physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust business plans accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date call records for all field contacts and submit reports and paperwork.
  • Represent a positive and professional image of the company externally and internally.
  • Collaborate with commercial partners to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
  • Proven track record as a top sales performer
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
  • Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace

Preferred Requirements

  • Renal, dialysis, nephrology, specialty pharma, and hospital sales experience
  • Experience working within IDN systems
