Physical Requirements:
Position requires standing for approximately 5 to 8 hours daily, typically 3 to 5 days per week.
During busy sales periods, employees may work extended hours throughout a 1 to 12 hour shift.
Responsibilities may include bending and kneeling to assist customers with merchandise, as well as reaching and pulling to stock items on shelves.
Employees may need to use a ladder or stairs to stock or retrieve products for sale.
Regular lifting of items weighing between 5 to 25 lbs is expected, with the possibility of heavier weights in certain situations.
