The Opportunity

The Operations Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the plasma collection facility. This role involves ensuring that all operational targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

The Role

You will have comprehensive authority over the center's operational objectives, including:

  • Monitoring production metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Ensuring effective donor management and retention practices.
  • Adhering to all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulations.

Additionally, you will manage financial responsibilities, including:

  • Setting and managing the annual budget.
  • Ensuring that the center meets its monthly financial goals.
  • Overseeing cash management and financial reporting.

Quality assurance is a critical aspect of this position. You will:

  • Ensure the center is always prepared for inspections.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to meet regulatory and customer standards.
  • Address any quality-related concerns promptly.

Moreover, you will be involved in:

  • Participating in audits and developing corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
  • Managing recruitment, training, and employee relations within the center.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

Your Skills and Experience

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (minimum of 4 years).

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a management role overseeing team activities is required.
