Job Title: National Program Manager for Healthcare Services

LAZ Parking LTD, LLC is seeking a highly skilled National Program Manager for Healthcare Services to oversee the implementation of the CARE Program across the country. This role will be responsible for managing the CARE Program, including training, support, and shopper programs, as well as overseeing key performance indicators related to the CARE program and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administrative ownership and tracking of all healthcare contracts and client lists.
  • Oversight of the CARE Program, including documentation of all CARE training courses and tracking of annual courses.
  • Lead coordination of the Monthly National Healthcare Huddle, including tracking agenda, guest speakers, and follow-up notes.
  • Support development of SOPs and policies for healthcare clients and operations.
  • Assist with healthcare proposals or presentations as needed, working directly with the National Director of Business Development.
  • Assist with healthcare transitions and orientations.
  • Manage the Healthcare Services SharePoint, including event postings, RAVEs, and training content.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required.
  • Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the portfolio's operation.
Requirements:
  • Travel: 25-30% of time traveling to hospital locations across the U.S.
  • Education: BA/BS Degree preferred, extensive work experience or other educational certification preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in healthcare operations preferred, 3+ years' experience in training/orientation support preferred, 1+ years' experience in business development preferred.
  • Skills: Project Management skills to manage large projects, strong public speaking skills needed for training and orientation classes, ability to maintain professional working relationships with all levels of the organization, knowledge and understanding of healthcare operations, ability to communicate professionally and effectively, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
