Job Summary

This role as a Manager of Healthcare Delivery Financial Planning will provide support for all financial planning and analysis for Healthcare Delivery. Reporting to the Lead Director of Healthcare Finance, you'll be responsible for the management and consolidation of Healthcare Delivery financial deliverables including month close and expense analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contributes to streamlining financial close and analysis processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving efficiency
  • Supports the creation of executive presentations including monthly close and consolidated enterprise asks
  • Tracks key financial and operating metrics including headcount for each business unit
  • Administers financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis to identify areas of improvement
  • Communicates strategy analysis, insights, and recommendations to Healthcare Finance leadership to support decision-making at the executive level
Requirements
  • 4+ years related accounting/financial experience, business planning and/or financial analysis/reporting
  • Proficiency with S4 or other financial systems
  • Exhibited excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to confidently and expertly interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • Advanced degree in Business
  • Established analytical ability, strategic thinker, learn and process new information quickly
  • Intellectually curious, eager to gain new experiences, qualifications, and responsibilities
Education

Bachelor's Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required or equivalent years of related professional work experience.
