Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cemstone Companies. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for processing ready-mix orders and customer service requests from our River Falls, WI and outlying area plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service while establishing strong working relationships with Cemstone employees
  • Communicate effectively with customers to adjust truck demand and meet delivery rates
  • Assist customers with contractor sales and questions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Previous dispatching, customer service experience, and industry understanding preferred
  • Good product knowledge of CS/Ready Mix and decorative concrete
  • Basic computer skills for entering orders
  • Knowledge of Western WI - East Metro and surrounding areas
  • Ability to read and understand maps
