Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Tech to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a Patient Care Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months of recent hospital, long-term care, or medical work experience.
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant Course, or two years of nursing school.
- CNA certification preferred.
