Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with the HR & Employee Support Team to resolve common employee issues and standardize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to general HR inquiries.
  • Extract and validate employee data from Workday to ensure accurate data management.
  • Triage requests for HR services and determine request disposition.
  • Update HR data within the Workday system accurately.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of applicable industry experience in HR Data Analytics or a similar HR role.
  • Prior experience with HR data support and Workday transactions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
