Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by providers
- Log clinical notes within our EMR system (Kantime)
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/RN license within the State of Utah
- CPR certification
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to patient locations
