About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN to join our team in the Midvale/Murray area. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to medically complex pediatric patients in their homes.
  • Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by providers.
  • Log clinical notes within the EMR system (Kantime).
Qualifications
  • Valid LPN/RN license within the State of Utah.
  • CPR certification.
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to patient locations.
