**Immediate Opening for Production Lead**

A top manufacturer in Danbury, CT is seeking a skilled Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing production orders, checking inventory, and scheduling technicians to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review production orders and check inventory for parts needed
  • Schedule technicians for order production to meet deadlines
  • Organize and track tasks to meet production goals
  • Work hands-on with mechanical and electrical assembly
  • Facilitate communication between production team and senior leadership

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience as a Production Lead or Supervisor
  • Technical experience in mechanical and electrical assembly - wiring
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading and motivating employees
  • Ability to prioritize and organize
  • Able to work independently to deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and ERP systems
  • Engineering degree a plus but not required
