Job Description

Parker Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Lead to join our team and ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in precision inspection and quality systems in a manufacturing environment, with a strong knowledge of AS9100 & ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee detailed inspections of components and assemblies throughout the production process.
  • Manage Material Return Authorizations (RMAs) to ensure timely, accurate processing, and communicate findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through audits, documentation, and staff training.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, processes, and test methods/inspection plans to meet internal and customer requirements.
  • Perform inspections using tools like Micrometers, Calipers, and CMM Machines, and ensure accurate documentation of inspection results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend production improvements and address product defects.
  • Assist with Statistical Quality Control projects, root cause analysis, and product audits.
  • Provide guidance and training on quality control measures and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Document nonconforming outputs clearly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in precision inspection and quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and use of Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE).
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 & ISO 9001 standards, with experience in managing regulatory compliance.
  • Former lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, plans, and 2D/3D models.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform basic physical tasks.
