Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential for driving business growth and nurturing customer relationships. The Field Sales Representative will focus on expanding our presence within specific strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and assist customers with their orders
- Regularly engage with customer accounts in the field
- Establish and maintain profitable relationships with clients
- Execute and finalize all sales calls
- Promote additional displays and equipment placements; implement promotional programs and ensure compliance
- Provide service during each visit, including light merchandising and maintaining beverage sections
- Analyze business outcomes with customers
- Ensure company assets meet performance standards and develop action plans for underperforming assets
- Ensure compliance with Coke Florida standards across outlets
- Communicate account activities to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct merchandising and rotation inspections
- Lead and occasionally execute resets to enhance product portfolio
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service tickets
- Manage Point of Sale advertising as necessary
- Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules
- Comply with all company policies and applicable laws
- Identify and report unsafe working conditions
- Adhere to dress code and grooming standards
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of general work experience
