About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Preventive Maintenance Lead to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our line equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance inspection and lubrication programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Manage and execute maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on preventive maintenance and asset reliability.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
