Maintenance Team Lead

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all facility assets, including utilities, plant structures, and process systems. The successful candidate will manage maintenance, repairs, and replacements, optimizing resources to ensure mechanical integrity, reliability, and safety. This role also supports the facility's Process Safety Management (PSM) alongside other team leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of technicians and contractors.
- Oversee 24/7 maintenance support and schedule emergency repairs.
- Maintain equipment uptime through work order systems.
- Manage plant systems: electrical, HVAC, pumps, boilers, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety, PSM, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain RODI/ultra-pure water and wastewater systems.
- Track inventory and manage stock parts.
- Lead change management and facility modifications.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the maintenance team.
- Implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- High School Diploma, Trade School, or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of maintenance experience.
- 3+ years of experience with PLC-controlled equipment and supervising hourly employees.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, CMMS software, and basic hazardous materials knowledge.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in Engineering, experience with PLEX ERP, mechanical integrity, and HAZWOPER certifications.
