About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Audit Services team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our audit team, ensuring deadlines are met and a positive, collaborative work environment is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, proof, edit, and correct documents, memos, and letters for Partners and associates, ensuring timeliness and context accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to the audit service line, including monitoring and contributing to the national pool of administrative attest assignments
  • Produce high-quality work following guidelines and firm standards, including proofreading and report compilations
  • Train associates on software in audit or other admin functions
  • Contribute to special projects and assist other administrative staff with overflow work as needed

Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and a basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience training and work delegation
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously
