We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, facilitating opportunities for our top agents, and maintaining an organized CRM system. You will also serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a strong first impression for our agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Nurture leads through proactive outreach efforts and digital platforms.
  • Transfer warmed leads to our top Senior Listing Partners to set the stage for their success.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups to assist leads in making informed decisions.
  • Coordinate appointments accurately to connect clients with our expert agents.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A customer service approach that aligns with our core values.
