Inside Sales Manager K1 Speed Inc

K-1 Speed Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in our sales team. This role involves managing daily operations within the center, leading your staff to exemplify K-1 Speed Inc values, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales through outbound calls and event coordination
• Manage daily operations within the center, leading your staff to exemplify K-1 Speed Inc values
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including the number of follow-up and outbound calls, deal/revenue goals, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of Outbound/Inbound Sales Experience
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships
• Experience with CRM, lead management platforms, and Autodialers is a plus
