Your Role:
As a Community Care Specialist, you will:
- Engage in meaningful work that helps individuals grow, learn, and thrive.

- Assist individuals in achieving personal developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Skills: Must demonstrate patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
- Vehicle Requirements: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
