Your Role:
As a Community Care Specialist, you will:

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Skills: Must demonstrate patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Vehicle Requirements: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
