**Operations Specialist**
**Expected salary range of $105,300 - $117,000 per year based on experience and level along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401K.**

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Exhibits proficiency in skills and extensive subject matter expertise in executing responsibilities related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and modification of plant-specific nuclear operations training programs.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Enhances station and personnel performance through effective training. Organizes and delivers performance-based operations RO/NLO training programs as mandated by the user community, adhering to Exelon's TSD model, departmental procedures, and applying the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases appropriately.
+ Ensures that training programs are up-to-date and incorporate insights from INPO Significant Operating Experience Reports, Exelon NERs, NRC Circulars, Bulletins, and Information Notices, as well as changes in plant design, backfit information, plant procedure updates, new regulations, and training effectiveness assessments.
+ Develops trainee assessments and conducts evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator settings, as applicable, and holds counseling sessions for trainees, assesses outcomes, and recommends/develops tailored training programs.
+ Assists the station and fleet in business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, EP responsibilities, and special projects.
+ Engages in NRC, INPO, and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
+ Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills, and techniques necessary to develop and deliver effective, high-quality training.
+ Oversees the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Associate's degree in science/engineering or education/training with 4+ years of relevant industry experience/technical background OR
6+ years of relevant industry experience/technical background.
**Senior Operations Specialist - Job Code: XKAK - Grade: E03**
**Minimum Qualifications**
Previous or current senior reactor operator license **OR**
Previous RO **WITH** 4+ years of relevant industry experience (must achieve SRO certification within 18 months.) **OR**
An SRO Certification **WITH** 4+ years of relevant industry experience AND 6 months of proven teaching in LORT or ILT.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
