We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. Key Responsibilities- Front Office Operations: Manage all Front Office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability.
- Team Management: Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition, and reward.
- Service and Satisfaction: Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Company standards.
- Guest Interaction: Meet and greet guests, respond to guest inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, and resolve guest concerns.
- Revenue Growth: Initiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue.
- Knowledge and Training: Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies, and knowledge of the local area and events.
- Audit and Compliance: Complete audit procedures, as needed.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, interview, and train team members.
- Experience: 2 years of Hotel Management experience; Hilton brand and union management experience is strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, team members, and management.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and implement solutions.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Guest Services, and Revenue Management.
- Competitive Salary: Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 Annually.
