RideNow Powersports Tallahassee, a part of RumbleOn, is in search of a dynamic and friendly customer service professional to serve as the key point of contact between our clientele and the technicians in the Service Department at our dealership. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recall services.
  • Welcome customers, assess their powersports vehicles, and address inquiries.
  • Record issues with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft, providing clear descriptions on the service order.
  • Inform the Service Manager of any additional work required or delays in expected completion promptly, ensuring customers are kept informed.
  • Advise clients on necessary and recommended services along with associated costs.
  • Promote additional services and products, including special offers.
  • Review ongoing service orders to guarantee quality and timeliness.
  • Track the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from entry into the service bay until work is completed.
  • Communicate any changes in timelines, repairs, or costs to the customer.
  • Upon job completion, discuss the work order with the customer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in drafting clear and detailed repair orders for vehicles - powersports or automotive, is preferred.
  • A positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic.
  • Friendly, energetic, conscientious, and reliable personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
