Position: Custodial and Laundry Support Specialist

We are currently looking to fill the role of Custodial and Laundry Support Specialist.

Custodial and Laundry Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Washing and drying linens and garments.
  • Folding and organizing laundry into designated resident containers.
  • Transporting laundry to various locations within the facility.
  • Cleaning and mopping floors in rooms, bathrooms, and hallways; buffing as necessary.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, including furnishings and fixtures; disinfecting and polishing as required.
  • Cleaning all bathrooms and restocking supplies.
  • Daily cleaning of horizontal surfaces, ensuring removal of dust and dirt using disinfectants.
  • Performing cleaning tasks in resident rooms according to established protocols.
  • Daily cleaning of nurses' stations, utility rooms, shower areas, common rooms, and kitchenettes.

Custodial and Laundry Support Specialist Qualifications:

Experience in institutional cleaning is preferred.
