Key Responsibilities:
- Executing intricate binding assays to analyze antibody behavior
- Creating, refining, and standardizing innovative assays and reagents
- Handling human specimens in accordance with established safety protocols
- Supporting data analysis and thorough documentation
- Ensuring laboratory equipment and supplies are well-maintained
- Maintaining a comprehensive and organized laboratory notebook
- Performing additional related tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or a related discipline
- A minimum of two years of pertinent bench research experience
- Preferred experience with binding antibody assays or immunoassays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
