Faculty Position in Cornea and Ocular Immunology at Duke Eye Center

Duke Eye Center is seeking a highly qualified, full-time, fellowship-trained cornea and external disease specialist to join the esteemed Foster Center for Ocular Immunology. The ideal candidate will have a concentration in ocular surface disease and ocular immunology, with a strong background in basic, clinical, and translational research.

The successful candidate will be a member of the cornea and external disease faculty in the Department of Ophthalmology at Duke School of Medicine. They will be expected to engage in teaching of cornea fellows and ophthalmology residents, as well as research activities.

The faculty member will be expected to have excellent clinical and surgical skills, specifically in high-risk grafts, limbal stem transplants, keratoprosthesis, etc. They will also be dedicated to academic cornea and ocular immunology, and committed to teamwork and professional growth.
