* Schedule and conduct inspections for move-in and move-out
* Document damages to apartments and process final account statements

Requirements:

* Proficient in MS Office and Yardi management software
* Computer savvy with basic software such as Dropbox and TeamViewer
* Punctual and organized with a reliable vehicle
* Driver's license and no criminal records
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
