Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Present Brown & Brown services to prospects and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on renewals and escalated client issues.
  • Sales Ability - ability to generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and possess a high energy level.
Requirements:
  • Four Year College Degree relevant to the Insurance industry.
  • Property & Casualty License strongly recommended or willingness to obtain.
  • Customer Service - responds promptly to client needs.
  • Team Player - able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills - proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel required to prospect meetings and industry events.

  • Competitive pay based on years of experience. $55-100K. The pay range provided is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
