Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Social Work Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with social service personnel to ensure families receive holistic support tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Overseeing Social Workers in the creation of individualized service plans, incorporating input from families and treatment teams.
  • Addressing a wide range of service areas, including mental health, education, behavioral health, medical care, housing assistance, criminal justice, children's services, vocational training, and rent recertification.

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $72,800 annually

Qualifications

Educational and Professional Experience:

  • LMSW (licensed in NY) with a minimum of two years of experience in family services, housing, or substance use support.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience.
