As the Family Support Lead Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees by overseeing family support programs and providing personal assistant support to a cohort of senior executives.

This position requires a blend of strategic leadership in family support initiatives and hands-on assistance to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement family support programs aligned with company values and strategic goals.
  • Manage a team of personal assistants as part of the Family Services team.
  • Collect and aggregate feedback to advise on the future state of the program and its scalability.
  • Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to senior executives.
  • Work in close partnership with executives' Admins to provide end-to-end support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 or more years of experience as a personal assistant.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Superior level of client-service orientation.
  • Strong gravitas and demonstrated leadership skills.
