Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician

Optum WA, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly skilled Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in Everett, WA. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will play a vital role in our mission to make healthcare better for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses in an outpatient and inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessments, and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Work effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and health-related agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of standards of care within the area of specialization.
- APRN or PA-C licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP or Physician Assistant certification through NCCPA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Basic, technical computer proficiency.
- 1+ years of cardiology experience.
- 2+ years of Primary Care experience.
- 3+ years of RN Cardiology or other inpatient medical specialty experience.
- EPIC EMR familiarity.
