Key Responsibilities:

  • Treating and managing patients with complex conditions in an outpatient setting
  • Providing education and counseling to patients and families
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Communicating effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and staff
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care

Requirements:

  • PA-C licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Physician Assistant certification through NCCPA or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date
  • 3+ years clinical experience
  • Opioid and non-opioid medication management experience
  • Intermediate level computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing EPIC
  • Procedural background; ability to access for appropriate procedures

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
