Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care in an outpatient and inpatient setting, demonstrating a high degree of clinical expertise in cardiology.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement plans of care, utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based medicine.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of standards of care.
- APRN or PA-C licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP or Physician Assistant certification through NCCPA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Basic, technical computer proficiency.
- 1+ years of cardiology experience, 2+ years of Primary Care experience, or 3+ years of RN Cardiology or other inpatient medical specialty experience.
- EPIC EMR familiarity.
