Qualifications:
  • Active state Real Estate License or currently enrolled in a state Real Estate licensing course is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of commission-based sales experience is required
  • At least 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required
  • Willingness to work weekends regularly is required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is required
  • Formal sales training, B2B sales, brokerage, and leadership experience are preferred
  • High School diploma or GED is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
