Sales Representative

We are a top-producing agency with over a decade of double-digit growth, seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bozeman. This role involves building relationships with business owners, general managers, and HR directors to provide unique benefits for their employees.
Key Responsibilities- B2B Sales: Engage with decision-makers, such as company owners, HR directors, and general managers, to provide tailored solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand business needs and present solutions that benefit employees.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Lead Generation: Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the agency's continued growth.
- Experience in sales is helpful but not required; we seek individuals with a strong desire to succeed and make a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
