Logistics Coordinator

UFP Industries, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the incoming and outgoing shipment of materials, preparing paperwork and material for shipment, and reviewing paperwork of incoming material.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the receipt and shipment of materials, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and review paperwork, including bills of lading and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth outbound loads.
- Determine the most efficient loading order and placement of products.
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a shipping and receiving or logistics role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
