About the Role

Bridge Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition and appearance of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with supervising the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including after-hours assignments.
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor inventory and purchase maintenance supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Complete daily operations and tracking of service orders, apartment turnovers, and other maintenance activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, communities, and external agencies.
  • Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure safety practices are followed and maintained to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of related building or property maintenance supervisory work experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations.
  • Available to perform emergency repairs at all times (24 hours/day).
  • Ability to climb up to 40 feet and perform physical tasks as required.
