As a Facilities Manager at ABM Industries, you will be responsible for providing training and support to operations staff, expanding their capabilities in basic maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting procedures. You will also direct the performance of contracted maintenance, plan and forecast budgets, and recommend facility repairs. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with hazardous materials policy and audit standards, implement energy management programs, and track performance.

Requirements
  • College degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship program, or technical trade school
  • Minimum 5 years of hospital facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience
  • Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Building Automation System experience
Certifications and Licenses
  • CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM preferred but not required
  • Certified Facility Manager or other relevant certifications, a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including report writing ability
  • Computer proficiency with Google suite and other Google products
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
