Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure to identify and resolve issues.
- Assist in preparing budgets for facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage access control systems and coordinate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Optimize the use of space within the facility and maintain accurate records of space allocations.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies within the facility.
- Assist in planning and executing facility-related projects, such as renovations and relocations.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for the facilities.
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Experience with facilities management software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with external contractors and vendors.
- Performance metrics and ability to analyze and report on facility performance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $63,000 annually, as well as a collaborative work culture and opportunities for professional growth and development.
