Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Care Dynamics, LLC. As a founding member of our customer success function, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals while helping us refine and improve our AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success initiatives to deliver exceptional experiences to B2B customers.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to guide product enhancements.
  • Navigate challenges, prioritize effectively, and maintain a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer success, particularly in 0 to 1 environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, high customer empathy, and adaptability.
  • Experience with B2B customers in the tech industry.
  • Experience in an early-stage, high-growth company.
