Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at CarbonChain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive value and successful business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer challenges and risks
- Define and implement customer lifecycle touch points to foster a seamless customer experience
- Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in decarbonization and sustainability
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and success
- Strong understanding of decarbonization and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive salary range: $137,000 - $178,000
- 28 days of annual leave + federal holidays
- Home office set up allowance of $500
- $2,000 annual learning allowance
- $1,000 remote working allowance
