About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at CarbonChain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive value and successful business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer challenges and risks
  • Define and implement customer lifecycle touch points to foster a seamless customer experience
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in decarbonization and sustainability
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and success
  • Strong understanding of decarbonization and sustainability principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $137,000 - $178,000
  • 28 days of annual leave + federal holidays
  • Home office set up allowance of $500
