- Administrative Tasks: Perform light administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and data entry.
- Turf Diagnostics: Identify and diagnose turfgrass problems, and develop solutions to address them.
- Technical Skills: Utilize a smartphone and other technical tools to perform tasks and communicate with clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality Focus: Strive for quality in all aspects of your work, and be committed to delivering exceptional results.

- Certification: While certification is not required, we give preference to applicants who hold a MDA Applicators license (3C) and Fertilizer License.
