Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in turfgrass management through ongoing education and training.
  • Pesticide and Fertilizer Applications: Apply pesticides and fertilizers as needed to maintain the health and appearance of our clients' lawns.
  • Soil Testing: Conduct soil tests to determine nutrient levels and pH, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform light administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and data entry.
  • Turf Diagnostics: Identify and diagnose turfgrass problems, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize a smartphone and other technical tools to perform tasks and communicate with clients.
Requirements

  • Certification: While certification is not required, we give preference to applicants who hold a MDA Applicators license (3C) and Fertilizer License.
  • Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in the field of turfgrass management or a related industry.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and be able to operate company vehicles.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check and be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
