As the Life Enrichment Director, you will be responsible for leading the community's life enrichment initiatives, addressing the social needs and interests of our residents. Your role will be vital in enhancing their lives, providing a sense of achievement, meaning, and purpose.

Key Qualifications for the Life Enrichment Director:

  • Proven experience in designing, organizing, and implementing a diverse schedule of life enrichment activities suitable for seniors, including those with cognitive challenges.
  • Compassionate individuals who can represent our community positively and professionally.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate residents, with knowledge of adapting activities to meet varying cognitive and functional abilities.
  • First Aid and CPR certification as required by state regulations.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to maintain focus amidst daily interruptions.
Responsibilities as a Life Enrichment Director at Magnolia Grand:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program of meaningful activities that encompass physical, spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, vocational, and cognitive dimensions.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Encourage and inspire volunteers and team members to engage residents in purposeful activities throughout the day.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes positive interactions among residents, families, and staff.
  • Coordinate with community groups for activities such as pet therapy, school visits, and entertainment.
  • Manage supply inventory and budget effectively.
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Magnolia Grand.
