In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving effective local marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness through Direct Marketing Programs (Canvassing), all while adhering to budgetary constraints.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage a team of Direct Marketing Associates (canvassers) with a hands-on approach, providing motivation and guidance to help the team achieve their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Recruit, onboard, and train Direct Marketing Associates (DMA) utilizing cost-effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team as necessary.

Oversee all DMA field operations, including in-field and office training, role-playing exercises, daily meetings, and field supervision to inspire team members.

Foster a positive culture within the local Proximity Marketing team by exemplifying desired behaviors and techniques, with a strong emphasis on role-playing company methodologies.

Monitor and coach each team member in the field to ensure adherence to established procedures, scripts, and customer service standards.

Collaborate with the Marketing leadership team to develop an annual budget focused on generating qualified leads and appointments through proximity marketing efforts.


ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

Coordinate canvassing logistics, including mapping and tracking using company software and applications, managing permit logistics, maintaining scripts and flyers, and verifying leads collected during each shift.

Provide insights to managers and team members regarding neighborhoods and areas where Andersen's products and services can be effectively showcased to generate qualified leads and appointments.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strategic thinking abilities with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to manage resources effectively (time and budget) to meet objectives
  • Ability to evaluate the success of proximity marketing initiatives
  • Experience in assessing the performance of Direct Marketing Associates

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to walk up to 3 miles daily
  • High School diploma; a college degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in canvassing or face-to-face marketing
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Exceptional training and coaching capabilities
  • Availability for weekend work
  • Strong leadership qualities
