  • Provide Level 2/3 production support for eCommerce applications, identifying and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze root causes of production issues, perform code fixes, and deploy changes following best practices.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to maintain application stability and performance.
  • Monitor application logs, metrics, and alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Document support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation to respond to critical incidents outside of normal business hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production support, with strong Java coding skills.
  • Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing Java-based applications.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and application servers.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an eCommerce domain is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
