Job Title: Behavior Intervention Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will work directly with children with disabilities, providing one-on-one support to help them learn and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children with disabilities, helping them to learn and develop essential skills such as play, language, self-care, and cognitive skills.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to track the child's progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with children, including the ability to be silly and have fun playing.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Reliable computer and internet access available daily.
