Human Resources Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring, succession planning, administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee companywide benefit administration, including health and wellness programs, 401(k) plans, compensation, and leaves of absence.
  • Administer and oversee the operational management of employee discipline, terminations, investigations, and performance issues.
  • Provide coaching to managers and supervisors on how to address employee situations.
  • Serve as point of contact for corporate Profit Sharing, ACA Reporting, audits, and 5500's.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as the #1 person in HR in a consumer products manufacturing facility.
  • Union experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and direction skills.
  • Ability to administer and oversee HR functions.
