Job Summary:

The Quality Data Analyst will be responsible for compiling and maintaining quality metrics for NOG-L on a monthly basis. This includes coordinating and overseeing the authoring of the Quality Assessment Report for NOG-L, assembling metrics, and presenting to senior management at the monthly Quality Assessment Meeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain quality metrics for NOG-L on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate and oversee authoring of the Quality Assessment Report for NOG-L
  • Assemble metrics and present to senior management at the monthly Quality Assessment Meeting
  • Monitor and provide oversight of the Critique Process as the Critique Coordinator
  • Build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Identify trends across functional areas and recommend improvements
  • Develop communications for the workforce
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least four (4) years of related experience
  • Previous leadership experience desired
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of data handling (Excel queries, pivot tables, Access, Power BI)
  • Lean and Six Sigma or other analytical and causal analysis skills and experience
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Proven success as a problem solver, facilitator, and decision maker
  • Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • US Citizenship with no dual citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
