Job Title: BCaBA at ABA Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Coordinator at the ABA Center.

This is a unique opportunity to develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

As a BCaBA, you will provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming and supervision to behavior technicians providing direct services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming and supervision to behavior technicians providing direct services.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality services and achieve treatment goals.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience implementing ABA services with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities.
  • Minimum 1 year clinical supervisory experience preferred.
