Job Summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As an Auto Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of auto parts, ensuring that our service centers have the necessary materials to complete repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of auto parts, including ordering and receiving new stock.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
  • Collaborate with service center teams to ensure that parts are available when needed.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
